In an Instagram Story on Tuesday, Brittany reshared a video featuring an infant, which led to some confusion among followers.

She quickly addressed the speculation, explaining that the baby in the video wasn’t Golden.

“I think I need to clarify, Golden is in the stroller,” she wrote.

“You can’t see her and won’t for a while.”

Brittany further clarified that the baby in the bouncer was actually Makoa, the child of her trainer, Betina Gozo Shimonek.

The Mahomes family welcomed Golden Raye on January 12, marking their third child together.

They are already parents to Sterling, 4, and Bronze, 2.

While Brittany frequently shares moments with her older children on social media, she has chosen to keep their newborn daughter out of the spotlight, for now.

This isn’t the first time the KC Current co-owner has taken a more private approach with her children.

After Sterling was born in February 2021, Brittany told fans they would share photos “when we [feel] the time is right.”

At the time, she explained, “I know the Internet will instantly take the photos of her and share everywhere, so [I’m] just preparing myself for my newborn baby girl to be shared to the world! Right now we are just soaking in every minute with her.”

It wasn’t until June 2021 that Brittany and Patrick publicly revealed Sterling’s face for the first time.

With the NFL offseason now in full swing, Patrick is focusing on family time, making up for lost moments during the demanding football season.

“Whenever I get in the offseason, I try to spend as much time as I can with them and get to see what they do on a day-to-day basis,” the three-time Super Bowl champion said recently.

As for Brittany, she’s already back in the gym, balancing motherhood with her active lifestyle.

While fans might be eager to see baby Golden, it’s clear the Mahomes family is taking their time before sharing her with the world.
