This one was for Ted.

Bruce Springsteen dedicated a performance of “The River” to the late Ted Brych of Toms River at the E Street Band’s June 15 show at the Letňany Airport in Prague.

“I want to dedicate this to a great fan of ours who passed away recently,” said Springsteen to the 60,000 in the audience, according to social media video. “This is for Ted from Toms River.”

Brych passed away in February after a bout with cancer. He was 56.

“I was overwhelmed,” said Ted’s mom, Alice Brych, after the dedication.

Friends and loved ones contacted her about the moment.

“But the love and support from Ted’s friends around the world is heartwarming,” Brych said. “They’ve been wearing a Ted shirt and or Mets hat to keep his presence at shows.”

Ted, also a big Devils fan, had attended more than 500 Springsteen concerts around the world, and was a friendly and familiar face to members of E Street Nation around the globe.
