“Atlantic City,” from Springsteen’s 1982 album Nebraska, is known for its haunting acoustic sound and powerful lyrics. The two singers delivered the memorable chorus together:

“Everything dies, baby that’s a fact / But maybe everything that dies some day comes back / Put your makeup on, fix your hair up pretty / And meet me tonight in Atlantic City.”

Afterward, they transitioned into “Sandpaper,” a track featuring Springsteen from Bryan’s latest album, The Great American Bar Scene. This album also includes collaborations with artists like John Mayer and John Moreland.

Concertgoers captured the special moment on TikTok, sharing videos of the performances. Later in the evening, Springsteen returned to the stage during the encore, where he, Bryan, The Lumineers, and comedian Shane Gillis performed “Revival” from Bryan’s 2020 album Elisabeth.

This wasn’t the first time Springsteen joined Bryan on stage. Earlier this year, they performed together at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center in New York, debuting “Sandpaper” live.

Last month, during his Nashville show, Bryan brought out Hailey Welch, known as the viral ‘Hawk Tuah’ girl, as a special guest. She joined Bryan on stage during the final song, “Revival,” and delivered her signature “hawk tuah!” to the crowd’s delight.

Springsteen has also been making headlines for his generosity. At a recent Wembley Stadium show, he helped a couple get engaged by gifting them his harmonica after seeing a sign that read:

“My boyfriend will propose if he can have your harmonica.”

Springsteen’s influence and success continue to grow. Recently, Forbes estimated that his net worth has reached $1.1 billion, following a remarkable six-decade career with 21 studio albums and over 140 million albums sold worldwide.
