Sean "Diddy" Combs watches as Maurene Comey questions "Jane" during Combs' sex trafficking trial in New York City, New York, U.S., June 6, 2025 in this courtroom sketch.

The woman, who is testifying under the pseudonym “Jane,” said she and Combs dated from 2021 until his arrest in 2024.

Jane, who shed tears on the witness stand, said Combs forced her into drug-fueled sexual encounters with male escorts while Combs watched, directed and masturbated. She testified they could last up to 30 hours at a time.

Her description of the encounters, which she said Combs called “hotel nights,” closely resemble “freak offs” described by Combs’ former longtime girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura. Both women testified that they unwillingly took part in the encounters, which Combs’ attorneys have denied.

Like Ventura, Jane said she feared the repercussions if she refused. On one occasion, she testified that she was on her period and too tired for a hotel night, which she had just done a few days prior. She even sent him a picture of a bloody tampon to prove it.

This upset Combs, she said, who allegedly left her a voicemail, played to the jury, accusing her of lying. He also suggested that she drink champagne, a solution he allegedly said had previously helped her get through hotel nights on her period.

When Jane apologized for the change in plans and said, “I’m only human,” Combs allegedly responded: “You’re acting weird as f–k.”

The last hotel night occurred in August 2024, weeks before his arrest at a Manhattan hotel, she testified.

Ventura testified last month that Combs forced her to have sex while she was menstruating.

Combs is charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty. He has been incarcerated at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center since his arrest.
