After retired mixed-martial arts star Sean Loeffler pleaded guilty to sexual abuse charges in Oregon, he was sentenced to five years of supervised probation and a $5,000 fine.
The supervision is under a bench probation, meaning the court will monitor Loeffler instead of a probation officer.
Loeffler, 42, was handed down the punishments this week, with his guilty plea taking his four felony sexual abuse charges off the table. He does have to register as a sex offender, per TMZ.
The charges stem from a February 7 incident at the Chinook Winds Casino in Lincoln City, Oregon, when he was already on parole for domestic-violence-related charges.
Loeffler’s indictment reportedly obtained that the victim ‘was incapable of consent by reason of mental incapacitation or physical helplessness.’
Loeffler also reportedly touched her vaginal area and also performed oral sex on the victim without her consent.

The victim reportedly spoke at his sentencing on Wednesday and said she will ‘always have to live on the edge’ due to her incident with Loeffler.
Loeffler’s attorney had a different tone, stating in court that Loeffler was the victim of false allegations by someone with mental illness and that he had a family to get home to.
Loeffler’s probation includes a ban on drinking alcohol or using controlled substances. He is also not allowed to own firearms or another ‘dangerous weapons’.
Loeffler must also undergo a sex offender evaluation and receive treatment.
The fighter had around 30 professional fights, including with the UFC and King of the Cage.
