Jon, 47, has shed more than 50 pounds, while his 20-year-old daughter has lost 25.

As for how they did it, Jon and Hannah teamed up with Dan Holtz’s Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, where they got on a base semaglutide. For Jon’s part, he also underwent several CellSound treatments and started treating his low testosterone. On top of that, both Jon and Hannah committed to working out every day and eating properly.
The father-daughter pair’s diet is now high-protein and consists of protein shakes, bars, fiber, lean meats and fish. They’ve also decided to eat much less pasta, limit their soda intake and avoid fast food.
