Tom Brady takes a shot at his ex-wife Gisele for always complaining he was too busy being the GOAT football player instead of hanging with her and the kids

Grab your popcorn because things just got interesting in the world of Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen.

In a recent letter to his fans, Tom Brady may have thrown some subtle shade at his ex-wife, Gisele. Talk about drama!

Now, we all know that Tom and Gisele have been through their fair share of ups and downs, but this latest move has definitely caught everyone’s attention.

Brady and Bündchen had two children together, son Benjamin and daughter Vivian. Bündchen and her boyfriend, Joaquim Valente, welcomed their first child (a son) together in February.

Multiple reports stated that Bündchen was unhappy with Brady’s decision to end his 40-day retirement in the 2020 offseason. She had publicly expressed her concerns about his health multiple times, citing the violence of football and the belief he had nothing more to accomplish in the game.

But in his latest newsletter titled “Your actions reflect your priorities,” Tom Brady appeared to clap back at the notion that he was negatively impacting the family with his decision to play through his age-45 season:

“For instance, I think part of being a great father is being a great example of doing what it takes to take care of your family. I chose to do it by playing football.

My dedication to the sport, the hours of practice, the moments when I was laser focused—those were times when I believe I was doing the best possible thing for my family and my kids, by prioritizing my profession and teaching, by example, what it takes to be really good at your job, what it takes to follow through on commitments, what it takes to be a great teammate; and showing them, also by example, that work is a big part of all of our lives.

Remember, your children are watching everything. They see what you do in every aspect of your life and how you do it. Reading bedtime stories and helping them with homework are not the only ways to be a great parent.

And neither is winning Super Bowls or MVPs. Being a great football player didn’t make me a great dad, but how I became a great player certainly had an impact—from showing up day in and day out, to doing whatever it took to get better, be successful, be a role model, and to provide.”

Could this be the start of some juicy drama unfolding in Brady-Bündchen lives after divorce? Only time will tell, but we’ll be keeping a close eye on this ex-celebrity power couple for sure.
