**Puppy Found Covered in Tar and Trash Rescued in Heartbreaking Scene**

In a harrowing case of animal cruelty and neglect, rescuers discovered a young puppy covered in thick tar, debris, and garbage. The pup was in excruciating pain, barely able to breathe or move, and visibly terrified of human contact.
