Jasmine Crockett Blasts Trump and Musk’s Influence, Issues Stern Warning for America

In a passionate and candid interview on The View, Texas Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett didn’t hold back her criticisms of former President Donald Trump and billionaire Elon Musk. She also took aim at Musk, particularly pointing out his growing hold on American culture and political discourse. “Elon Musk is out here manipulating not just markets but people’s perceptions of what’s possible. What we need to understand is that the wealthy few, they don’t care about you—they care about their money,” Crockett asserted.

She continued, “You’ll understand why it’s important to have someone like Joe Biden, who at least has the decency to care for the everyday American, when things like rural hospitals start closing down. You’ll get it when you don’t have social security or Medicare, when you can’t afford your medication, when the education system starts crumbling. That’s the kind of country we’re heading towards under these men.”

The congresswoman stressed the critical importance of the upcoming midterm elections and the need for a united front against Trump’s supporters and Musk’s influence. “We can take back the Senate if we focus on what’s important,” she said, emphasizing that she believes that despite the conservative hold in many states, there is hope for flipping key seats. “We’ve done it before. We’ve seen seats swing, even in places like Iowa. We need to talk to these voters who are realizing that they’ve been duped by promises that never came true.”

Crockett also stressed the need for progressive voices to rise up and continue fighting the narrative pushed by the far-right. “It’s not just about Trump and Musk; it’s about the way they’ve created this environment where lying is rewarded, where wealth and power have turned into weapons of mass manipulation.”

Her message was clear: Americans, especially those in red districts, need to wake up to the reality of what’s happening in their country and vote based on truth—not political rhetoric. “The time is now to have real conversations with people on the ground, to remind them that the promises being made are hollow, and the consequences of this kind of leadership are devastating,” she concluded.

For Crockett, it’s not just about winning seats—it’s about waking people up to the truth and getting them to realize that they deserve better. “I’m here to remind them that they can do better,” Crockett said confidently. “But we have to put in the work.
