Brittany Mahomes ‘steals’ photo of Patrick Mahomes during tender moment with Sterling and Bronze

Tatrick Mahomes may be the face of the Kansas City Chiefs, but during the NFL offseason, he’s clearly focused on being Dad.

This week, the Super Bowl-winning quarterback carved out time for his children, taking daughter Sterling Skye and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon III to a special Disney on Ice performance.

Not on his watch! Patrick Mahomes turns his back on fan invading family privacy

Sterling embraced the magic of the moment, donning a shimmering blue gown and braided ponytail just like her favorite Disney character, Elsa from Frozen.

Brittany Mahomes, who has become known for sharing candid family moments, posted an Instagram story from the day: “Disney on Ice yesterday and Bronze had the best seat in the house.”

The couple’s youngest child, Golden Raye – born during last season’s Wild Card round – did not appear at the event, and the Mahomes family has continued to keep her identity private since her birth.

Off the field and into the community

While the Mahomes family continues to balance fame with normalcy, Patrick also made time to give back to the Kansas City community.

On Monday, the quarterback took part in the “Read for 15” rally at the T-Mobile Center, a collaborative event hosted by his foundation 15 and the Mahomies, Lead to Read KC, and Kiewit construction company.

Brittany proudly posted ahead of the event: “My guy doing good things.”

With around 3,000 elementary students in attendance, Mahomes took center stage to read We’re All Weird by Kansas City native Kristen Heath-one of his personal favorites.

“Reading is in every aspect of life,” Mahomes told the young audience. “Whatever your dream, you have to stay patient.

“Just like playing quarterback, you’re not always going to have success… you might not be learning as fast as you want. But if you keep working hard, you’ll reach your ultimate dream.”

The event not only reinforced his commitment to youth education, but also his active role beyond football.

Mahomes holds ownership stakes in several Kansas City teams, including MLB’s Royals, MLS’s Sporting KC, and the NWSL’s Current, alongside his philanthropic ventures through 15 and the Mahomies.

Whether it’s reading to thousands of students or stealing tender moments with his kids at Disney on Ice, Mahomes continues to show that he’s just as impressive off the field as he is on it.
