Andy Cohen just celebrated 10 years at SiriusXM with a week full of surprises — from Dan Rather and the B-52s to Christina Aguilera. But beyond career milestones, what caught fans’ attention most was Andy’s openness about his health journey and his decision to begin microdosing GLP-1.

Cohen admitted that at first, he was offended when his doctor suggested the treatment. “I thought, is that really how I look to you?” he said. But by May, after hitting his highest weight ever and struggling to button his suits while appearing on TV nightly, he decided to try.

“The effects were pretty quick,” Cohen explained. “It didn’t just help with weight; it motivated me to work out harder, pay more attention to what I was eating, and sparked a whole chain reaction of positive changes.”

Looking back, Cohen contrasted his life now with 10 years ago: then, he was out partying every night; today, he’s a devoted father to Ben and Lucy. “If I had kids back then, I wouldn’t have been emotionally ready. Now, I’m just so grateful I did it at the right time.”

Beyond family life, Cohen remains a powerhouse in media — hosting Love Island, building the Housewives empire, and gearing up for BravoCon 2025. “If you love Bravo, this is the place to be,” he said.
