At the Los Angeles premiere of Stranger Things on November 6, Millie Bobby Brown and her on-screen dad David Harbour melted hearts on the red carpet — and reminded fans just how strong their real-life bond is.
The duo, who play Eleven and Chief Jim Hopper in Netflix’s hit series, shared a heartfelt reunion moment filled with laughter, hugs, and candid conversation. Access Hollywood cameras captured them arriving almost at the same time, smiling widely as they posed together for photographers.

“He’s like my dad. I’m so connected to him for life,” Millie said warmly during an interview. “We’re so lucky to have each other.”
Millie, 20, debuted her striking red hair at the event, while Harbour, 49, looked proud and emotional beside her. Their reunion comes amid a Daily Mail report from November 1 alleging Millie filed a harassment and bullying complaint against Harbour before the filming of Stranger Things season 5 — though neither actor nor Netflix has commented publicly on the matter.
Still, the premiere was filled with joy and nostalgia as the cast celebrated the beginning of the end. Stranger Things first premiered in 2016 and launched the careers of Millie, Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp, Caleb McLaughlin, Sadie Sink, and Gaten Matarazzo, among others.
When asked what she’ll miss most after the final season, Millie got reflective:
“The family — the cast. We’ve grown so much together. This experience has been like no other, and it’s changed my life drastically. I’m so grateful for every bit of it.”
Her co-star Noah Schnapp echoed that sentiment:
“It’s changed everything about my life and almost nothing at all at the same time,” he said. “I’ve stayed the same, but everything around me has moved so fast. And it’s allowed me to meet some of my best friends.”
As the Stranger Things era draws to a close, one thing is clear — the deep, genuine bond between Millie and David Harbour remains one of the show’s most heartwarming legacies.
“Season five is going to be epic,” Millie teased with a smile.
🎬 Stranger Things Season 5 — the final chapter — premieres on Netflix in 2025.
