Actor Tom Holland was hospitalized after suffering a concussion on the set of Spider-Man: Brand New Day, multiple outlets have confirmed.

Holland sustained a mild concussion while performing a stunt last Friday, forcing production in Glasgow to pause. According to Deadline, the 29-year-old star is expected to make a quick recovery and return to filming within a few days. Fortunately, no one else was affected by the incident.

The Sun reported that the accident occurred during a stunt gone wrong, though Holland has kept a positive spirit throughout. Just one day after his hospital visit, he made a public appearance at a fundraising event for The Brothers Trust, the charity founded by his parents, Nikki and Dominic Holland, in 2017. Holland and his brothers Sam, Harry, and Patty all play active roles in running the organization.

At the Posh Pub Quiz event held at Christie’s in London, Holland was joined by his fiancée, Zena. The couple’s joint appearance drew attention, as they have largely kept their relationship private since getting engaged over the holidays last year. Photos of the pair with attendees quickly circulated on social media.

Earlier this year, Zena also made headlines at the Golden Globes in January, where she stunned on the red carpet and showed off her diamond engagement ring.

Despite the unexpected setback, Holland’s dedication to both his career and charitable work has earned admiration from fans. Audiences are now eagerly awaiting his full return to the role of Spider-Man in Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
