Blue’s Journey: From Despair to Hope After a Life of Suffering

When rescuers found Blue, the scene was heartbreaking. The dog, abandoned and left upside down against a wall, was so thin he looked like a skeleton. His frail body bore multiple open wounds, and one eye was severely infected—infested with maggots. Even worse, Blue’s back was badly broken.
