Seven years later, the two officially held a wedding ceremony at the Vizcaya Museum & Gardens in Miami in 2015, causing a stir in the American basketball world at that time.
However, by the end of 2023, the two sides decided to “go their separate ways”. Both Erik Spoelstra and Nikki Sapp pledged to take responsibility for raising their three children after reaching a divorce agreement.
