Rihanna & A$AP Rocky’s Stylish Date Night at the Gotham Awards

“How’s baby Rocky?”
“Oh, she is so big! I don’t remember the newborn stage going by this fast.”

It was a well-deserved parents’ night out for Rihanna and A$AP Rocky. The couple, who welcomed their baby girl in September, brought their signature high-fashion flair to the 2025 Gotham Awards.

Rihanna stunned in a pink drop-waist gown paired with a matching feathered cap and black leather gloves, while A$AP looked sharp in a black suit, white dress shirt, and black-and-white striped tie.

The 37-year-old rapper was nominated for Breakthrough Performer for his role in Spike Lee’s crime thriller “Highest to Lowest.” The film, which premiered in August, also stars longtime Spike Lee collaborator Denzel Washington.

In an interview with Good Morning America, A$AP opened up about working alongside the Oscar winner.

Was it intimidating at all?
“Not at all. It was actually fun. I was in awe—I was totally fanboying being around these guys. They’re heavy hitters, very inspirational to me. It was crazy… a dream come true.”

Although he didn’t take home the Gotham Award, A$AP still has plenty to celebrate. This fall, he became a proud girl dad with the arrival of daughter Rocky.

Ahead of their red-carpet appearance, Rihanna shared a glimpse into their family life while celebrating Barbados Independence Day on November 30.

“Congratulations to Barbados, my home, on our 59th year of independence and our fourth year as a republic,” the Fenty Beauty founder wrote, adding: “Barbados, I love you.”

Her post featured some of her favorite memories from back home, including photos of Rihanna showing off her baby bump while pregnant with Rocky, and adorable snapshots of sons RZA and Riot enjoying time in Barbados.
