The Alleged Attack

The disturbing photos showed a woman covered in slashes on her body and face. According to reports, she claimed she was the victim of a politically motivated attack. Words like “Trump whore” were reportedly written across her stomach, and “Van Drew is racist” appeared on her back.

The woman, identified as 26-year-old Natalie Greene, worked for Congressman Jeff Van Drew, a Republican from New Jersey, and is also a student at Rutgers Law School.

Authorities said they received a 911 call from Greene and another woman reporting that three men attacked them around 10:00 p.m. at Egg Harbor Nature Reserve in New Jersey. Greene told the operator that the men had carved slashes into her body with a scalpel and left her restrained with zip ties.

Body Cam Footage

Police body cam footage showed Greene with her arms and feet tied behind her back. The graphic images, now widely circulated, depict the extent of her alleged injuries.

The FBI Investigation

However, a shocking twist emerged during the investigation. FBI questioning revealed that Greene had orchestrated the attack herself. Court documents state that she paid a body artist $500 to cut her body with a scalpel and instructed him exactly what to do.

Greene is now charged with making false statements to federal law enforcement.
